Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
